Altos de Sosua is situated on a very quiet and private hill, in the municipal district of Sosua. It has an area of 400.000 m2 and is only 5 minutes from the beach.

The service office is at your disposal to manage and rent the houses. The project already offers the following services: Central generator, electricity, water, telephone and internet access (laid underground), 24 hour guard service, administration and rental office.

Plots are available from 400 m2 to 2,000 m2.

The construction prices range - depending on the furnishing and finishings - between 700 and 950 US$ per m2.
